“The room was lovely and clean. Paint work needs refreshing - especially at the bottom of the bathroom door and other places. A few dings in the walls which need filling. The spa was really nice and I enjoyed the small touches. A little noisy at night with the rain falling on something tin outside our window. It woke us up. Great value for money and nice location.”

“Apparently ‘overbooked’ the Accessible Room we had booked & FULLY PAID for weeks prior to our visit. Fulltime wheelchair user and offered us a standard ground floor room! Don’t even check in. Requested them to locate an Accessible Room: roll in shower, rails by toilet etc that we had already booked & paid for week prior! Never booking with them again!”
